Dotts Group was formed by a retired Senior Officer who wanted to continue his service to the United States after his retirement from the U.S. Army. The firm’s goal is to provide the government and commercial customers with the highest quality service at a fair and honest price. This foundation of dedication, service, and integrity supports all that we do and stand for today. Today, Dotts Group is a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company in the United States, offering turn-key solutions to address our customers’ most complex challenges wherever we are needed around the world.

Dotts Group successfully supports a wide range of contract vehicles. As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, we offer the US. Government and our clients the best value, flexibility, with excellent solutions. We are ready to support our Prime Contractors on the following vehicles:


The U.S. Department of State (DOS) uses Peacekeeping Operations (PKO) funds for regional stability initiatives by working with African countries and regional organizations to enhance their capacity to prevent, manage, and resolve conflicts.

T&M Federal Contract IDV Award

An Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) is a vehicle that has been awarded to one or more vendors to facilitate the delivery of supply and service orders.

OASIS (Pool 1 & 3)

OASIS, OASIS Small Business (SB), and OASIS 8(a) are family of Governmentwide multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services.


LOGCAP V provides each Army Service Component Command Commander a dedicated regional sustainment capability with a 72-hour response time, and scalability and flexibility that aligns with the military operational tempo.

Veteran Employees Resource Group (VERG)

The mission of the Dotts Group – Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG) is to embrace our proud community of employee veterans who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, career development, outward engagement, professional growth, and retention. Bringing together our unique background of military service, we seek to harness these strengths to better serve our organization, community, and clients.
