Dotts Bio

Keith Dotts is the Founder and CEO of Dotts Group. Since the development of this firm, he has led Dotts Group’s transformation into a leading provider of services to the U.S. government & commercial clients. At Dotts Group, Dotts has overseen the company’s organic and inorganic growth strategy, guiding the company from a small consultancy through its transformation to a group with multiple teaming partners.

Prior to developing Dotts Group, Dotts served as Chief Strategy Officer of Dotts Consultancy. Before Dotts Consultancy, Dotts served in various leadership roles for PAE in Africa supporting the U.S. Department of State in vast efforts of peacekeeping & capacity building operations, where he excelled in several high-profile program management roles for global corporations as well as the U.S. government.

Dotts started his career in the U.S. Army serving in various leadership & command positions as an engineer senior officer for more than 25 years.

Dotts graduated from Widener University in Pennsylvania and earned multiple master’s degrees in strategic leadership & military studies from the Mountain State University, West Virginia & the U.S. Command & General Staff College, Kansas. Today he serves as a trusted board advisor for several small businesses in his community.

Dotts has also made significant contributions to charitable causes on the national level, specifically through his involvement and support to Veterans and Citizen Services, Health and Human Services, and the Environment.
